52% Sauvignon Blanc, 48% Semillon
Mineral freshness with a touch of green grass and a tropical flavour are evident on the nose. Fresh and elegant Semillon richness waiting to burst through. The Semillon adds a very nice creaminess to the wine on the finish.
Red Thai chicken curry, roast gammon, smoked salmon, shellfish, and Asian cuisine. A very versatile varietal which can be paired with many dishes.
Harvesting & Fermentation:
All grapes used in the Printer’s Devil Gremlin originate from only the best terroir selected to produce a world class wine. The Semillon grapes were harvested from a block that was planted in 1905 yielding under 3 tons/ha.
The Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel tanks while the Semillon was fermented and aged for 12 months in Concrete Egg tanks.
Ready for your enjoyment, the wine has great ageing potential for up to at least 2025.
