Rising River Pinotage Rosé
The wine has aromas of red cherries and strawberries and has a juicy finish.
Harvesting & Fermentation:
All the grapes used to make this wine were selected from top quality vineyards in the Western Cape. The Pinotage grapes were picked by hand early in the morning.
The bunches were de-stemmed and crushed with 1-hour skin contact. The juice was fermented with selected yeast strains and kept on the lees for 3 months before bottling.
